Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Melt butter in a small saucepan over low heat.

Finely chop the pistachios and mix with sugar, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl.

Lay one sheet of phyllo dough on a clean surface and brush with melted butter.

Place another sheet of phyllo on top and brush again with butter.

Spread a thin layer of the pistachio mixture along one edge of the phyllo.
