Lebanese Falafel Wrap

Prepare falafel mixture by combining ground chickpeas, garlic, cumin, coriander, salt, and pepper.
Form the mixture into small balls or patties.
Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat until shimmering.
Fry the falafel in batches until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
Remove falafel and drain on paper towels.
Warm pita bread in a dry skillet or oven until soft.
Spread tahini sauce on the inside of the pita.
Layer lettuce, tomato, cucumber, red onion, and pickles inside the pita.
Add the fried falafel on top of the vegetables.
Drizzle with olive oil and a squeeze of lemon juice.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley for garnish.
Wrap the pita tightly around the filling.
Serve immediately, with extra tahini sauce on the side.
