Instructions
- 1Preheat the oven or fryer.
- 2In a bowl, mix hot sauce, melted butter, vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- 3Coat the chicken wings in the sauce mixture.
- 4If baking, arrange wings on a baking sheet and bake until crispy.
- 5If frying, fry wings until golden brown and crispy.
- 6Toss the cooked wings in the remaining sauce before serving.

Instructions
- 1Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- 2In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Toss to coat evenly.
- 3Place the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper in a single layer.
- 4Bake the wings in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are crispy and golden brown.
- 5While the wings are baking, melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat.
- 6Add the minced garlic to the melted butter and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to burn the garlic.
- 7Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes (if using).
- 8Once the wings are done baking, remove them from the oven and transfer them to a large mixing bowl.
- 9Pour the garlic Parmesan sauce over the wings and toss to coat thoroughly.
- 10Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
