Greek yogurt reduces calories while maintaining creaminess

Slice the pita bread in half.

Open the canned tuna, drain it, and place it in a small bowl.

Add chopped onions to the bowl with tuna.

Season the mixture with salt and black pepper.

Add mayonnaise and mix well.

Carefully open the pita bread, being cautious not to tear it.

Spoon in 2 to 3 tablespoons of the tuna mixture and spread it on one side of the pita pocket using a table knife.

Nestle shredded lettuce into the pita pocket.

Add more tuna mix on top of the lettuce, but not too much.

Add cucumber and tomato slices down the side of each sandwich.

Top with more shredded lettuce.

Serve immediately, as they cannot be kept in the fridge.
