Prepare tomahawk ribeye by removing from fridge and letting 'temper' at room temperature for an hour.

Rub with your favorite steak rub (I used Weber KC Style Rub in this Video).

Set grill, smoker or oven to 225 degrees and cook until the internal temperature reads 125 degrees (approximately 2-3 hours).

Rest on counter for 10-20 minutes or until internal temperature starts to drop.

Sear at high heat on the grill. 450-500 degrees. 4 minutes per side (rotating 45 degrees after 2 minutes on each side to create cross-hatch grill pattern on the Tomahawk steak).
