In a bowl, mix the warm milk, sugar, and fresh yeast until dissolved.
Add the melted butter, eggs, and salt to the mixture and stir well.
Gradually add the flour and knead until a smooth dough forms.
Let the dough rise until it has doubled in size.
Once risen, shape the dough into balls of about 50g each.
Let the dough balls rest for a short time.
Heat the frying oil to about 180 degrees Celsius.
Fry the dough balls until golden brown on all sides.
Remove from oil and let them drain on paper towels.
Fill with your choice of jam and dust with powdered sugar.
