Melt 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter in a pot over medium-high heat.

Add 1 cup of canned corn (do not drain) and 1.5 cups of canned diced tomatoes (with liquid).

Add 1.5 to 2 cups of shredded cooked chicken and the same amount of shredded cooked pork.

Stir in 1 tablespoon of brown sugar, 0.5 cup of barbecue sauce, 0.25 teaspoon of cayenne pepper, 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1.5 to 2 teaspoons of ground black pepper. Mix until well combined.

Reduce heat and partially cover the pot, allowing it to simmer for about 40 minutes.

After 40 minutes, add canned lima beans and stir until well combined.

Let the stew simmer for another 10 minutes until the lima beans are heated through.
