Add 3 cups of crème fraîche to a pot.
Add 60 grams of flour to the pot.
Pour in 250 ml of milk.
Add a little salt.
Let the mixture cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Once cooked, serve with sugar, cinnamon, and fresh berries.
