Add chukamen noodles and water in the pan and cover.

Cook for 30 seconds.

Remove the lid and loosen the noodles, then stir for a couple of more minutes.

Season with salt and black pepper.

Add a little bit of soy sauce and sake, and stir.

Add sliced green onions and stir a little bit.

Finally, add sesame oil and stir-fry for a few more seconds.
