Cut shapes into the potato cakes for presentation.
Prepare tomatoes and mushrooms for cooking.
Cook the sausages, white pudding, and black pudding.
Keep the cooked meat warm in the oven at 150 degrees Celsius.
Cook mushrooms with thyme in a pan.
Add sliced tomatoes to the cooking mushrooms.
Cook rashers bacon until crispy in a pan.
Cook potato cakes in a dry pan until they get color.
Cook free range eggs in a pan until round and nicely presented.
Cut into the freshly baked soda bread to check for texture.
Plate the soda bread first, followed by the cooked meats, sausages, pudding, crispy bacon, tomatoes, mushrooms, and finally the eggs and beans.
