Ham and Potato Casserole

4 cups fresh diced potatoes
2 cups frozen cubed hash browns
2 cups leftover ham
2 cups store-bought cubed ham
2 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 cup milk
1 cup cheddar cheese
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

Cook the potatoes in a skillet with some basic seasonings just until softened.

Add the cooked potatoes to a baking dish.

Use either leftover ham or store-bought cubed ham.

In a skillet, melt butter and add all-purpose flour and seasonings, whisking together.

Pour in milk while whisking and let it cook and thicken.
