Canned fruit is often more affordable.
Grate 150g of apple on a coarse grater.
Puree 1 banana.
Combine 120g of oat flakes with the grated apple and banana puree.
Add 20ml of water to the mixture.
Mix in 1/2 tsp of baking powder and cinnamon to taste.
Melt 60g of dark chocolate without sugar.
Add 30ml of coconut oil and 1 tbsp of coconut flakes to the mixture.
Stir in 1 tbsp of maple syrup.
Depending on the juiciness of the apples, add enough oatmeal to make a smooth batter.
Form cookies from the mixture.
Place cookies on a baking sheet and bake at 180°C (360°F) for 25 minutes.
Allow cookies to cool after baking.
Chop salted cashews and mix them into the cookies or use them as a topping.
Put the cookies in the fridge for 15 minutes to set.
