1/2 long cucumber or 1 regular cucumber
1/2 green pepper
1 clove garlic
shot glass of almonds
shot glass of olive oil
pinch of salt
little bit of pepper
basil leaf (for garnish)
balsamic vinegar (optional for garnish)

Cut 5 tomatoes into small pieces, removing the end nub.

Use 1/2 of a long cucumber or 1 regular cucumber, cutting it into small pieces.

Chop 1/2 of a green pepper into small pieces.

Add 1 clove of garlic to the mixture.

Pour in a shot glass of almonds.
