6 very ripe vine tomatoes
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
10 centimeter diced peeled cucumber
1 diced yellow pepper
3 sliced spring onions
2 crushed cloves of garlic

Skin the tomatoes in boiling water.

Peel and de-seed the tomatoes.

Dice the cucumber, yellow pepper, and slice the spring onions.
