Add 2 tbsp of whipped cream cheese to a mixing bowl.

Add 2 tbsp of chopped onion to the bowl.

Add 1 tbsp of capers to the mixture.

Add 2 tbsp of chives to the bowl.

Add a couple of tablespoons of hot chili paste to the mixture.

Add 2 tbsp of red pimento to the bowl.

Add 1 tsp of horseradish to the mixture.

Season with salt, remembering that the tuna is not salted.

Mix all ingredients together until well combined.

Present the salad on a bed of lettuce, shaping the lettuce into a cup for presentation.
