Put the beans with salt and water in a pressure cooker.

Seal the cooker and heat on high.

When it starts to whistle, turn the heat to low and continue cooking for 25 minutes.

Turn off the heat and let cool completely before opening the lid.

Soak the purslane in a bowl with a few drops of disinfectant for 45 minutes, then strain and set aside.

Heat the olive oil in a casserole.

Fry the chopped garlic and onion for a couple of minutes.

Add the cooked beans, finely chopped purslane, and Serrano chili.

Season with salt and continue cooking for five more minutes.
