Curried Sausages Recipe

Heat oil in a pan and cook the sausages until golden brown.

Set the sausages aside to cool down and slice into bite-size pieces.

Using the same pan, sauté the onion until soft and brown.

Add the sausages back to the pan and continue cooking.

Add the curry sausages recipe base and mix well to combine.

Add fresh milk and cook for five minutes.

If using dry peas, drain and cook for one minute; if using frozen or fresh green peas, cook for an additional five minutes.
