Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine feta cheese, ricotta cheese, and yogurt until smooth.
Add eggs, baking powder, salt, black pepper, and chopped parsley to the cheese mixture; mix well.
Melt butter and mix with olive oil in a small bowl.
Lay one sheet of phyllo dough in a greased baking dish, brushing with the butter-oil mixture.
Repeat layering with additional phyllo sheets, brushing each with the mixture, until you have about 5 layers.
Spread half of the cheese mixture over the layered phyllo.
Continue layering phyllo sheets on top of the cheese mixture, brushing with the butter-oil mixture as before.
Spread the remaining cheese mixture on top of the phyllo layers.
Finish with several more layers of phyllo, brushing each with the mixture, to seal the pie.
Cut the pie into squares or triangles before baking.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, until golden brown and crisp.
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
