Cut off the top of the bitter bitter boa.
Cut the okra.
Peel the pepper.
Break the dry boning fish into tiny pieces.
Wash the bitter bitter boa and okra thoroughly in water.
Transfer the washed bitter bitter boa and okra to a clean pot and add sufficient water to start cooking.
Bring the bitter bitter boa and okra to a boil.
Add the dry boning fish to the boiling water.
Clean the snapper fish and make two cuts on it for marinating.
Grate half an onion and 2 cloves of garlic directly onto the fish.
Massage the fish with the onion and garlic mixture.
Add black pepper and maize spice to the fish.
Add half a seasoning cube to the fish and massage well.
Cover the fish and set it aside to marinate for a few minutes.
Wash the rice thoroughly until the water runs clear, about 2-3 times.
Remove the bitter bitter boa and okra from the boiling water to avoid mashing them with the rice later.
Add the washed rice to the boiling water and stir.
Check the rice after some minutes; when the water has almost dried off, add four seasoning cubes to the rice.
Reduce the heat to low and make a well in the center of the rice to add back the bitter bitter boa and okra.
Stir the rice well to ensure even cooking.
Prepare a quick pepper sauce (details not shown).
Fry the marinated fish in vegetable oil over medium heat.
Crack two raw eggs into a bowl and season with sausage slices, onions, black pepper, and seasoning cube.
Fry the seasoned eggs on medium heat.
Check the rice; it should be done. Remove the bitter bitter boa and okra for easy access.
