1

Heat sunflower oil in a large soup pot.

2

Add 1 kg chicken wings to the pot and cook on high heat until browned.

3

Season the chicken with 1 tablespoon chicken powder, white pepper, and black pepper.

4

Lower the heat to medium and add 2-3 tablespoons of tomato paste, mixing well and cooking for 2-3 minutes.

5

Remove the chicken from the pot and set aside.

6

In the same pot, add large pieces of white onion and garlic, and sauté until golden brown.

7

Add 3 cans of brown beans to the pot and mix with the onion and garlic.

8

Pour water into the empty bean cans and add that water to the pot, bringing it to a boil on high heat.

9

Cover the pot and let the beans cook for 30-40 minutes, checking occasionally.

10

After cooking, take some of the beans and mash them into a puree to thicken the soup.

11

Add the previously cooked chicken back into the pot and let it cook for another 10 minutes.

12

Add the smoked sausage and let everything cook together for 5-8 minutes.

13

Taste the soup and adjust seasoning if necessary, adding more chicken powder if desired.

14

If the soup is too thick, add a little more water and mix well.

15

Optionally, add brown sugar to taste and mix thoroughly before serving.
