Mix together about 1/4 cup of light and dark soy sauce.
Chop a yellow onion, green bell pepper, and red bell pepper.
Prepare minced garlic and minced ginger.
Add cornstarch and baking soda to the ingredients.
Include steak seasoning, creole seasoning, and island vibe seasoning.
Add honey (or sugar) and olive oil (or sesame seed oil).
Use chicken broth or beef broth as needed.
Slice ribeye steak into thin strips.
Add white rice and vinegar to the steak, along with a few pinches of baking soda to tenderize.
Let the steak sit for 5-10 minutes, then rinse with cold water.
Season the steak with all the seasonings, including ginger and minced garlic.
Add about 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda, olive oil, soy sauce, cornstarch, and honey (or sugar) to the steak.
Mix well and cover, then refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Heat remaining oil in a skillet until hot for searing the steak.
Add the steak to the skillet, avoiding pouring in excess water for a good sear.
Cook the steak to desired doneness, then remove it from the skillet.
Add green bell pepper, red bell pepper, and onion to the skillet.
Cook the vegetables to preferred tenderness (soft or crunchy).
Pour in the remaining marinated sauce from the beef, which will thicken due to cornstarch.
Add the cooked steak back to the skillet and let it simmer for 3-5 minutes until ready.
