Add 55 ml of warm milk to a bowl.

Add 80 g of whole grain flour to the milk and stir.

Melt 10 g of unsalted butter and add it to the mixture.

Knead the dough with your hand.

Add 1 tbsp (15 g) of wheat flour to the dough and continue kneading for 3-4 minutes until soft and not sticky.

Peel 1 large potato and place it in a pot with water and 1/2 tsp of salt.

Boil the potato for 15-20 minutes until soft.

Make mashed potatoes by adding 1/2 tsp of salt and 2 tbsp of mayonnaise to the boiled potato, then stir in the dill and black pepper to taste.

Add 50 g of mozzarella cheese and the mashed potato mixture to the center of the dough.
