Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C).
Remove the membrane from the beef dino ribs.
Season the ribs with salt on both sides.
In a pan, melt 2 tablespoons of butter and sauté 1 tablespoon of garlic.
Add 2 cups of barbecue sauce, 2 tablespoons of ketchup, 1 tablespoon of honey, 1 tablespoon of paprika, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, and 3 tablespoons of brown sugar to the pan and mix well.
Add some water to the sauce to prevent it from drying out.
Place the seasoned ribs in the oven and bake for 3 to 5 hours.
After baking, brush the ribs with the barbecue sauce and return them to the oven for an additional 8 minutes to caramelize the sauce.
