1 lb thinly sliced beef (sirloin, skirt steak, tenderloin, ribeye)
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp Korean broth/soup soy sauce (guk gan-jang)
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp corn syrup/honey
2-3 cloves garlic
1/4 onion pureed
1/4 Korean shingo pear pureed
2 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp ground sesame seed
2 tbsp rice wine/sake (optional)
3 green onions
1/4 onion sliced

Slice beef sirloin thinly against the grain.

In a bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger.

Add sliced beef to the marinade and mix well. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat until hot.

Add marinated beef to the skillet and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
