Mix in Hakubaku's Mochi Mugi into the rice before cooking.

Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté briefly.

Grate daikon and mix it with ponzu sauce in a bowl.

Check the rice; once cooked, mix it well to combine with the Mochi Mugi.

Slice the wagyu beef thinly and place it on top of the cooked rice.

Serve the wagyu beef bowl with the grated daikon and ponzu sauce on top.
