Garlic-Buttered Shrimps

Butter - 3 tbsp
Garlic - 6 cloves minced
Spring onion - 2 tbsp
Black pepper - 1/2 tsp
Fish sauce - 2 tbsp
Shrimps or Prawns - 500g
Evaporated milk - 1/4 cup

In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.

Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes to the skillet, sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

Add the shrimp to the skillet, season with salt and black pepper, and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and opaque.

Stir in the lemon juice and chopped parsley, mixing well to combine.

Remove from heat and let it sit for a minute to allow the flavors to meld.

Serve immediately, garnished with additional parsley if desired.
