Broiled Salmon

1 giant head or 2 large heads of broccoli
1/2 tbsp ghee

6 fillets of farmed Norwegian salmon

Peel the stalk of the broccoli to expose the interior.

Place the peeled broccoli stalks in a dish.

Add 1/2 tbsp of ghee to the dish for flavor.

Season the broccoli with salt and pepper.

Add about 4 tablespoons of water to the bottom of the bowl.

Cover the dish tightly with plastic wrap.

Put the dish in the microwave without turning it on.

Prepare 6 fillets of farmed Norwegian salmon.
