Smash the cube steaks with a kitchen hammer in a plastic bag.

Cut the smashed steaks into approximately four pieces.

In a bowl, combine 1/4 cup olive oil, 1/8 cup white vinegar, 3 crushed garlic cloves, 2 tablespoons salt, 1 teaspoon black pepper, and 1 envelope of sazón.

Mix the seasoning with the cube steaks using hands or gloves.

In a large skillet, heat salad oil and sauté one whole sliced onion for a couple of minutes.

Add chopped fresh cilantro to the skillet and sauté.

Add the seasoned cube steaks to the skillet and mix well.
