Chop 3/4 pound of cabbage and add a little salt.

Heat frying oil in a pan.

In a bowl, mix 7 oz of flour, 1 tsp dry yeast, 2 tsp sugar, 1 tsp salt, and 1 cup warm water.

Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil to the mixture.

Put the dough in a warm place for 30 minutes to rise.

After 30 minutes, add salt, pepper, and 1 tsp sugar to the dough.
