Gather all ingredients: flour, milk, sugar, tonka bean, 2 eggs, butter, and lemon.
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and knead into a dough.
Wrap the kneaded dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate.
Let the dough rest in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, as there is no yeast in the recipe, so it won't rise.
After resting, take the dough out and weigh it into 35-gram pieces.
Shape each piece into a ball and place them on a floured cloth to prevent sticking.
Roll out each ball into a thin layer, ensuring it's very thin and translucent.
Prepare the frying oil, heating it to 170°C (340°F).
Fry the rolled dough pieces in the hot oil until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
