1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon coriander
2 tablespoons tomato paste
chopped tomatoes
1/2 cup water
4 cups water
12 oz baby spinach

Heat 1/2 cup olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
