2 garlic cloves
2 cups cooked chana
1 whole lemon
1 teaspoon roasted jeera powder
pink himalayan salt
3/4 teaspoon amchur powder
a sprinkle of chaat masala
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
half teaspoon freshly ground black pepper powder
couple of tablespoons vegan cashew yogurt
