Prepare the filling by thawing and draining frozen spinach, then squeezing out excess water.
Roughly chop the spinach and add crumbled feta cheese and grated kashkaval cheese.
Season the filling with a little salt, garlic granule, and crushed chili with paprika, then mix well.
Taste the filling and adjust seasoning if necessary, then refrigerate until needed.
After resting, divide the dough into equal parts and roll each into a ball.
Roll each ball into a thin rectangular shape on a floured surface.
