Stuff each cooked pasta shell with the cheese mixture using a spoon or piping bag.
Spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
Arrange stuffed shells in the baking dish, seam side up, and cover with remaining marinara sauce.
Sprinkle additional mozzarella and parmesan cheese on top of the sauce.
Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
Remove foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
Let cool for 5 minutes before serving; garnish with fresh basil.
