In a stand mixer, add the soaked bulgur, 1/2 lemon juice, 1/2 tea glass pomegranate molasses, 1 tea glass extra virgin olive oil, 2 cloves of garlic, 2 tablespoons isot pepper, 4-5 sprigs of parsley, 4-5 sprigs of green onions, 1 tablespoon tomato paste, 1 tablespoon pepper paste, 2 teaspoons cumin, 2 teaspoons paprika, 2 teaspoons sumac, 2 teaspoons salt, and 2 teaspoons black pepper.

Mix all the ingredients in the stand mixer for 10-15 minutes until soft and well integrated.

Taste the mixture to ensure it is soft enough and well mixed.

Take 1 tablespoon of the bulgur mixture in your hand and squeeze it lightly, then shape it into a cig kofte form.
