Vegan Brownies

15 oz black beans (about 1 and 1/2 cups)
2 ripe bananas
1/3 cup brown rice malt syrup
1 tbsp cinnamon powder
1/4 cup cocoa powder (raw organic)
1 tsp vanilla powder or vanilla extract

Preheat the oven to 350° F (170° C).

Prepare an 8x8 inch (20x20 cm) glass pan.

Add 15 oz of black beans (about 1 and 1/2 cups) to a food processor.

Add 2 ripe bananas to the food processor.

Add 1/3 cup of brown rice malt syrup to the food processor.

Add 1 tbsp of cinnamon powder to the food processor.

Add 1/4 cup of cocoa powder (raw organic) to the food processor.

Add 1 tsp of vanilla powder or vanilla extract to the food processor.

Process the mixture until it becomes a smooth batter, scraping down the sides as needed.

Fold in 1/2 cup of oats into the batter.

Pour the batter into the oiled pan and spread it evenly.

Lightly tap the pan to release air bubbles from the mixture.

Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes, check the brownies with a toothpick or skewer to see if they are done.

Let the brownies cool for about 10 to 15 minutes.

Run a knife around the edge of the pan to loosen the brownies.

Cut the brownies into desired sizes, either large slices or smaller squares.
