200 gm Dark Chocolate dairy free
½ cup Coconut Oil
¼ cup Coconut Milk
1 cup Coconut Sugar
1 cup Coconut Flour
1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
½ cup Desiccated Coconut
½ Tsp Baking Soda
¼ cup Dutch Processed Cocoa Powder

Preheat the oven to 350F (180C) and line an 8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.

Melt Dark Chocolate with coconut oil in the oven at 30-second bursts, stirring frequently until smooth.

Alternatively, melt the Dark Chocolate with Coconut Oil on the stovetop over a double boiler.

Add Coconut Flour, Coconut Milk, Coconut Sugar, Pure Vanilla Extract, Desiccated Coconut, Baking Soda, and Dutch Processed Cocoa Powder to the melted chocolate and fold until combined, being careful not to overmix.

Transfer the brownie batter to the prepared baking dish.

Bake at 350F for 20-25 minutes.

Allow the brownies to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before cutting.
