STIR FRY CABBAGE WITH SLICED PORK BELLY #yummyfood

Marinate the sliced pork belly with 1 Tbsp oyster sauce, 1 Tsp light sauce, 1 Tsp cornstarch, 1 Tsp Shaoxing wine, a pinch of white and black pepper, 1/2 Tbsp water, and 1/2 Tsp sesame oil.

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add the marinated pork belly and stir-fry until cooked through.

Add minced garlic, ginger slices, and chopped spring onions to the pan and stir-fry briefly.

Add the medium cabbage, dark sauce, Korean chilli, salt, concentrated chicken stock, and a little water.

Stir-fry everything together until the cabbage is tender and well combined.
