No-Knead Dutch-Oven Bread

all-purpose flour

Whole wheat flour adds fiber and nutrients.
active dry yeast

Instant yeast is easier to use and store.
olive oil

Avocado oil has a high smoke point and is healthy.
cornmeal

Semolina adds texture and is often less expensive.
Add yeast, sugar, and some flour & water to the bowl and mix together very well.
Cover and rest the yeast so it can activate.
Add the rest of the water.
Now add flour and salt and mix the ingredients until it forms a dough.
Fold the ingredients very well so there are no clumps of flour.
Tip: Slightly grease the spatula with some olive oil to fold easier.
Slightly wet your hand as you fold so the dough doesn't stick to your hands.
Folding and stretching the dough helps trap air, creating beautiful bubbles inside.
Let the dough rest to ferment and form pockets of air when baked.
Flour all surfaces to prevent sticking, as the dough is very sticky.
Divide the dough into even portions and shape gently to avoid popping bubbles.
Preheat the oven fully for a crusty outside and soft inside.
Add a tray of ice water in the oven to create steam for a pillowy inside and golden crust.
Bake the bread until golden and perfect.
