Pineapple Shrimp

1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1 teaspoon black pepper
3 garlic cloves
ginger powder
pineapple juice
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon agave
green onions
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
red chili flakes
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup pineapple chunks
fresh parsley flakes
3 tablespoons chili sauce
1 tablespoon agave

Marinate shrimp with oil, onion powder, garlic, paprika, coriander powder, and black pepper. Coat well and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.

Prepare pineapple while shrimp marinates.

Coat pan with oil and add marinated shrimp. Cook for at least 1 minute on each side.

Remove shrimp from pan and set aside.

Turn heat down and add garlic, ginger powder, pineapple juice, apple cider vinegar, agave, green onions, cayenne pepper, red chili flakes, salt, and pineapple chunks to the same pan.

Add fresh parsley flakes and remove from heat.

Prepare glaze by mixing chili sauce and agave in a separate bowl.

Serve shrimp with the sweet and spicy glaze.
