Fold a giant bamboo leaf in half and fold the corners at the bottom to create a sturdy base.

Grab another bamboo leaf of equal size and slide it into the fold of the first leaf, wrapping it around.

Fill the base with glutinous rice, two shrimp, two chestnuts, pork belly, Chinese sausage, salted egg, and mung bean.

Finish off with a generous portion of glutinous rice on top.

Wrap another bamboo leaf around the filled base and fold over the edge tightly to secure the filling.

Fold the tops of the leaves perpendicularly to form a cone shape.

Use string to wrap the Jun tightly, starting in the middle and wrapping towards one end, then back to the middle and to the other end, tying a knot at the end.

Adjust the wrapping if it's too loose by adding more string.

Cook the wrapped Jun in boiling water for 4 to 5 hours.
