Roll each slice of bread flat using a rolling pin.

Bake the bread in the muffin tin at 375°F for 5 to 8 minutes until light golden brown.
Add pieces of turkey bacon or deli ham into each bread cup.
Place a small piece of cheddar cheese in each cup.
Crack an egg into each cup, using extra large eggs.
Season the eggs with salt and pepper as desired.
Bake at 375°F for 14 to 18 minutes until the egg whites are barely set and appear slightly moist.
Cover the muffin tin with aluminum foil and let sit for 5 minutes to allow the eggs to continue cooking.
Loosen the cups with a spoon and butter knife if they stick to the tin.
Serve the breakfast cups, suggesting one or two per person.
