Vegan Chili

1 Green Bell Pepper (fully chopped)
1/2 Yellow onion (diced)
1 16oz Can of Chili beans
1 16oz Can of Black beans
1 16oz Can of fire diced tomatoes
1 Container of Ragu Simply 8 garlic tomato sauce
1 pack of ground impossible meat (or two patties)
1 pack of chili seasoning

Thaw impossible meat if frozen.

Dice both green bell pepper and half of onion.

Add diced items in a big pot and let it cook on medium temp for about 10 minutes (stir occasionally).

Add chili beans and black beans to the pot.

Stir in beans for about a minute.

Add fire diced tomatoes and Ragu tomato sauce.

Stir all ingredients in the pot and let it cook on medium temp for about 10 minutes.

Next, add a little pepper, salt, and cayenne pepper.

Add in chili seasoning and stir it all in.

Next, cook the impossible meat in a skillet until it’s browned and grounded up.

Once all impossible meat is brown, add it to the cooking pot with the other ingredients.

Put the temp to simmer and stir.

Let everything simmer for about 5 minutes.
