  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 1 cup corn (fresh or frozen)
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. 1Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. 2Add diced onion and garlic, sauté until onion is translucent, about 5 minutes.
