Vegan Chili

2 tbsp olive oil
1 onion, diced
1 bell pepper, diced
2 cloves minced garlic
1 cup textured vegetable protein (TVP)
1 can (4 oz) diced green chilies
2 tbsp vegan Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp liquid smoke
1 tbsp red house seasoning
1 cube vegan beef bouillon
1 can (7 oz) Chipotle in Adobo
1/2 cup red wine (Pinot Noir)
1 can (15 oz) pinto beans, drained and rinsed
1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
1 can (15 oz) fire roasted tomatoes, with juice
1 cup tomato sauce (Hunt's spaghetti sauce)
2 tbsp chili powder
1 packet onion soup mix (optional)

Heat oil in a pot.

Add chopped onions and bell peppers to the pot.

Add minced garlic to the pot and cook for a bit.

Add TVP to the pot and stir to combine with the vegetables.

Add vegan Worcestershire sauce to the pot.

Add liquid smoke to the pot.

Add red house seasoning to the pot.
