Veal Parmesan

4 veal cutlets
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs
1 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup marinara sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 cup olive oil

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Season the veal cutlets with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.

Dredge each cutlet in flour, shaking off the excess.

Dip the floured cutlets into the beaten eggs, allowing excess to drip off.

Coat the cutlets in breadcrumbs mixed with grated Parmesan cheese, pressing to adhere.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the breaded cutlets and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
