Mix the warm milk with the yeast and sugar. Let to rest for 5 minutes until foamy.

Sift the flour and add the salt. Mix and add to a stand mixer bowl (or work the dough manually). Then add the milk.

Continue mixing, then add the melted (and cooled down) butter and the egg yolk.

Leave the dough to rise for 2 hours in a warm place.

Prepare the filling by mixing the softened butter with sugar and cinnamon.

Once the dough has doubled in volume, knead it for 2-3 minutes, then roll the dough and spread the filling.

Roll it into a sausage shape and cut it in half. Braid the dough and create a large wreath.

Bake in the preheated oven at 200°C for 25 minutes, then for another 10 minutes at 180°C.
