5 medium sized potatoes
4 to 5 green chillies
1 medium onion
1 small tomato
2 to 3 red peppers (non spicy)
5 to 6 cloves garlic
1/2 cup cheese
4 teaspoons refined oil
salt
1/4th teaspoon chilli powder
1 glass water

Peel and chop the potatoes into cubes.

Chop the onion, tomato, red peppers, and garlic.

In a pot, heat the refined oil over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion and garlic, sauté until translucent.

Add the potatoes, green chillies, red peppers, and tomato to the pot.

Pour in the water and bring to a boil.

Season with salt and chilli powder, then cover and simmer until the potatoes are cooked through.
