paneer - 150 grams (slices)
tamarind paste - 1 Tbsp
brown sugar - 1 Tbsp
dark soy sauce - 1 Tbsp
water - 4 cups
rice noodles - 2 packs
olive oil - 2 Tbsp
salt - 1 tsp (as per taste)
lime juice - 1/2 Tbsp
roasted peanuts - as per taste
coriander - for garnishing
sprouted green beans - 1 cup
