Prepare 300 grams of chicken and marinate it with 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon hot sauce, 1 teaspoon chili powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/2 teaspoon garlic paste. Mix well and let it marinate for 1 hour.

Chop vegetables including mushrooms, zucchini, and green peppers as per your preference.

In a pan, add the marinated chicken and the chopped vegetables. Pour in 1 cup of water and cook until the chicken is tender and the vegetables are soft.

Add spices to taste, including salt and black pepper, and mix well. Let it simmer to develop flavors.

In another pan, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil and add 1 cup of chopped coriander, 1 teaspoon ginger paste, 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. Stir to combine.

Add 300 grams of rice to the pan and pour in double the amount of water (approximately 600 ml).

If you prefer, you can use chicken stock instead of water for more flavor. Cook the rice properly until it's done.
